IMS was at that time a competitor of Mr. Sercel's. Since that time, I have been actively engaged in software development and applications engineering. In the latter capacity, I was in contact with your company as a representative of Ardence, Inc. (now spun off from Citrix Corp. under the name IntervalZero) regarding Ardence's real-time control package under Windows. Financial difficulties caused IntervalZero to lay me, along with a number of others, off in February of this year. I wanted to inquire if, given the qualifications I have listed, you might have an opportunity available for me.
