AGP to Chromic Acid Anodize Process parts as follows: 1) Solvent wipe areas to be bonded per VSS7022 Rev A., Paragraph 3.2.2 using one of the solvents per 3.5(A) or (B) (1) through (7). Allow to air dry thorouhly or force dry at a temperature of up to 250 Degrees F prior to adhesive application per note P7. 2) Adhesive bond -13 / -15 / -17 Rub Strips to -11 Detail part IAW VSS 20360 Amend 1 and all other referenced engineering callouts using 3M AF191 adhesive IAW GM43581 Rev A and AML4358 Rev 1. 3) Adhesive Squeezeout ( Flash ) is acceptable without rework as long as it remains below the surface of the -13, -15 and -17 Rub Strip and does not interfere with hinge operation. No adhesive is permitted on the external metal edges of the TEE assembly as noted in P3 EO Rev. C1. 4) NOTE: No nicks, gouges, or scratches are permitted on the finished part.
