Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request Hello, I need a quote for the following channel post by today as soon as possible: 1) Aluminum alloy: 6061-T6 2) Length: 6 feet long 3) Thickness: 0.080 inches 4) Shape: U channel: See Cross Section Sketch attached. 5) Hole Drilling for signs: 9/32" inch diameter holes drilled in center at: 1" measured from the top of the post 7" measured from the top 10" measured from the top 11?" measured from the top 17?" measured from the top 20?" measured from the top 3) 4 cleats at the bottom of the post The cleats start at approximately 3" from the bottom of the post and are spaced vertically approximately 2" apart. Each cleat is approximately 1/2 inch wide and approximately 3/8 inches vertically in length. The cleat is bent outward approximately 45° and pointing upward. See photos 4) tapered at the bottom The wing flanges are tapered for approximately 3 inches.
