To manufacture the products, we need to work with an extruder of HPDE or possibly of structural plastic foams capable of forming a custom profile in a range of 18" to 24" wide for the smaller version or 48" wide for the larger version. One surface of the extrusion will have a calendared texture. Detailed production economics will dictate which version of the product will be launched first.
