Inquiry (采购产品): Qualifiacation of Spherical Bearings Moog is the Boeing supplier for the 787 HSTA. We have 2 different spherical bearings on that actuator (2 of each one) that we need to qualify again because we're bringing on two new suppliers. The smaller of the two spherical bearings is supported on both sides of the pin that goes down the middle of the spherical bearing. The larger of the two is cantilevered. Basically, I need to know if you/your company would be interested in performing the fatigue testing of these new spherical bearings (4 in total, 2 of each size). If you're interested we would work with you in creating test fixtures that satisfy the DERs requirements of simulating loading. We also have other testing that needs to be done on the bearings we could talk about, but we have the capability to perform most of that in house.
