Diesel Fuel Additive Quote Needed Inquiry (采购产品): Diesel Fuel Additive Quote Needed January 7, 2009 Re: Supplier sought for source for 35000 Kg of Diesel Fuel Cleaner/Detergent Our company is in a position to win a rather large bid (35000 Kg) for a Diesel Fuel Additive- Cleaner/Detergent. We are a specialty blending company, but have little, or no, experience in this area and are looking to source a final product meeting, or exceeding, bid specifications. Specifications: § Synthetic formula designed to clean accumulated carbon dust and injectors. § Dust, phosphorous and halogen free. § Will not reduce performance of catalytic converter. § Need relative test reports/requirements; o Provide test reports, such as: CEC F-23-A-01 and suggested use dosage. o Density (ASTM-D4052) o Flash Point (ASTM-D93) o Dynamic Viscosity (40°C,eST,ASTM-D445) o Total Nitrogen Content o Ash Content o FT-IR Spectrogram-suggesting two characteristic absorption peaks for comparison. Bidders need to provide the following harmless test reports: o Anti-Corrosion (ASTM D665A,B) o Dehazing properties (ASTM-D1094) Product is to be shipped in ISO tank. Manufacturer must be ISO9001.
