Inquiry (采购产品): Request for Quotation Ladies and Gentlemen – We are interested in purchasing a disintegrator for ceramic material. Amplified specifications for our FuelCell Energy, Inc. (FCE) Disintegrator are as follows: One pass through either 1/2" or 1/4" screen , the size of FCE rejected parts is 2 feet by 4 feet by 26 or 15mil sheet, The parts are rolled up and fed into hopper Because our material is very sensitive to heating due to the presence of organics, we prefer the operation temperature of blade to remain below 80C so that materials will not be melted , screen and bottom blade will not get clogged, we have zero tolerance for material melting and subsequently clogging, therefore , if the blade temperature is in excess of 80C , the machine can be automatically shut down to allow it to cool and also prevent material melting, This means temperature detection and control mechanism ought to be built into disintegrator To help cooling during operation, air cooling using compressed air line in FCE plant is desired for the machine Dust should be eliminated during operation, I found lots of dust in the vicinity and on the machine, this concern should be addressed for the new design with air cooling The machine should be capable of pulling down the pieces once they are fed into hopper at variable speed and operator can walk away while the machine is still shredding the pieces with auto shutoff The blades should be coated with WC to improve its wear resistance so that it lasts longer Variable frequency driver so that speed can be adjusted , can run in forward and reverse direction It can at least handle 500lb scraps per day over three shifts One (1) Similar to Bepex International/Rietz Disintegrator model RP-12 designed and constructed as follows: A. T-304 Stainless Steel sanitary construction. B. Round chute inlet with approx. 6” flanged inlet chute. Safety limit switch mounted on Disintegrator to prevent cover removal during operation. Horizontal, straight down discharge with rectangular opening and bolted flange. Two temperature probes to monitor process air temperature for correlating overheating conditions with product. C. One stainless steel sizing screen with 1/4” round hole perforations, 10 gauge thickness. Also includes one spare stainless steel sizing screen with ?” round hole perforations, 10 gauge thickness. D. 10 hp, 900 rpm, direct drive motor, TEFC 284 T frame, designed for 460V/3ph/60Hz operation with Palmetto Chekseal 1.30” – 1.42”. E. Spaced stack of ?” thick hard-faced hammers consisting of 1 feeder, and 4 middles. Special Auxiliary pre-chopping rotor with sharpened cutting blade included at the top of the hammer stack. F. Standard angle motor base. G. Three (3) Installation and Operation (IOM) manuals. H. Vertical oriented Ram Feeder. Approx. 30 to 36” tall with a bolted, flanged connection at the bottom. Consists of a cylindrical stainless steel housing with a disc shaped ram device attached to a vertical drive mechanism. The feed material would be manually rolled up in a tubular shape approx. 4” in diameter x 24” tall and inserted into the top of the chute opening. The feed tube would expand to the outer edges of the chute wall and the drive mechanism would positively feed the film at a controlled rate into the RP Disintegrator. Nozzles would be installed on the side walls of the chute for air purge to insure that the feed material will not adhere to the walls. I. Spaced stack of ?” thick hard-faced hammers consisting of 1 feeder, and 4 middles. Special Auxiliary pre-chopping rotor with sharpened cutting blade included at the top of the hammer stack. J. Standard angle motor base. K. Three (3) Installation and Operation (IOM) manuals. L. Vertical oriented Ram Feeder. Approx. 30 to 36” tall with a bolted, flanged connection at the bottom. Nozzles would be installed on the side walls of the chute for air Wall mounted NEMA 12 control panel including a start / stop for the feeder and Disintegrator, two temperature readouts, a 10 HP VF controller for the Disintegrator, a 1/2HP VF controller for the Feeder, amperage and rpm readout for the Disintegrator, One HMI for each VF controller to allow interface between the operator and the controllers, One E-Stop and an electrical disconnect switch.
