RFQ, Conveying System Inquiry (采购产品): RFQ, Conveying System We are quoting a project with two identical baghouse systems and need your best price and delivery for the following drag chain conveyors, bucket elevator, and screw conveyors (quantities are for one system): All conveyors will be handling fine iron oxide dust from steel making furnaces. Dust density will be 85 lb/cubic foot for design horse power and consider 60 lb/cubic foot for design volume. Chain material specified as 16MnCr 5. 1. Two (2) – Capacity: 110 lb/min drag chain conveyors. Length: 140 feet with five inlet flanges, 12” wide x 108” long. 2. One (1) -- Capacity: 74 lb/min drag chain conveyor. Length: 12 feet with two (2) flanged inlet spouts, 12” square. 3. One (1) -- Capacity: 294 lb/min drag chain conveyor. Length: 65 feet with three (3) flanged inlet spouts, 12” square. 4. One (1) -- Capacity: 294 lb/min drag chain conveyor. Length: 66 feet with one (1) flanged inlet spout, 12” square. 5. One (1) -- Capacity: 294 lb/min bucket elevator. Height: 95 feet tall from inlet to outlet. 6. Two (2) -- Capacity: 294 lb/min screw conveyors. Length: 10 feet, 10 ga. U trough, helicoid screw, with one 12” square inlet spout. 7. One (1) -- Capacity: 294 lb/min reversing screw conveyor. Length: 10 feet, 10 ga. U trough, helicoid screw, with one 12” square inlet spout and two (2) 12” square discharge spouts (one at each end).
