I have partnered to design and sell a belt made with webbing. We are in need of nylon webbing in all colors and would like to buy webbing that are woven with designs and to be able to design our own unique designs to be woven into webbing. I am going to put together a list of needs, wants, concerns to help both your company and mine to see if there is a fit for a long term relationship. It might be with just purchasing the webbing or it maybe purchasing, assembly, labeling and packaging. Let me start with our needs: 1. Nylon webbing: a. Minimums b. Cost break down c. Nylon solid colors (specific would like samples of all colors that are regularly available) d. What if we want to develop a new color e. Patterned webbing samples of all regularly available f. What would the steps be to design webbing? g. What would be the time involved from start to manufacturing a patterned webbing? h. Minimum order for patterned webbing? i. Cost for set up for patterned webbing? j. Any other cost involved? k. Time for any and all webbing if order that it would take to receive it? (Utah 84310) 2. Assembly: a. What are you able to do if anything to sew a webbing product together?? b. We are having our own metal sliders designed and manufactured for us with “Kliva” lazered on them. The assembly process would require them to be present to be sewn on the webbing. Would we be able to provide you with the sliders for assembly? c. We are also in need of a label attached on the inside of the belts. Would you be able to accommodate doing this d. We would provide you with the preprinted labels? 3.
