Inquiry (采购产品): 500 °F pressure test Gentlemen, We are looking for a test laboratory that could perform the following structural pressure test : Put under pressure (Oil ?) a specific part (t-piece, titanium material) supplied by Sonaca, equipped with a specific entry point compatible with your test bench. The mentionned temperature is the temperature of the part itself. 4 static tests are foreseen : . Proof test at 500°F and 68 PSI during 3 minutes, then . Burst test at 500°F and 136 PSI during 3 minutes, then . HIRF test at 450°F and 146 PSI during 3 minutes, then . Max test at 450°F and 290 PSI during 2 minutes Objectives of the tests are to show no deformation of the part after the proof test, and no rupture of the part after the four tests.
