It is a fairly close tolerance hole with a number 8 finish. The hole ranges from 15.35” to 16.5” long depending on the version and finishes at .9929” diameter. The material is a 7075-T6 alum forging. It gets honed in 2 steps- first to a tooling size to allow us to do our machining, then after machining final honed to achieve the required finish. We get orders of 500 pcs and batch sizes are always at least 100 pcs. I found you through your website and you look ideal for this type of job.
