Top Half: 1.5” flange nozzle welded to 6”x1.5” reducer welded to 6” Nom Dia pipe x 24" L Side Shell welded to 6” flange – side shell: five 1” flanged nozzles Bottom Half: 6” flange welded to 6” x 8” reducer welded to 8” Nom Dia pipe x 18" L Side Shell welded to 6”x1.5” reducer welded to 1.5” flange – side shell: five 1” flanged nozzles, Vertical w/legs. *-Price should include: - all ASME, PE stamped, BPV vessel certification paperwork, submitted calculations, and required shop drawings. - heat trace/treatment certificates & photocopies of required welder certificates. - 60% and 90% review submittals and witnessed tests. - electronic copies of drawings.
