Current roll tools are produced by Kurt Ruppel Co in Marktheidenfeld, Germany. TGI would like to bring this supply source to a regional supplier. Our roll tooling has an ID of ~ 22 mm. The profile rolls of made of alloyed tool steel X 155 CrVMo 12 1 and surface coated with TiCN for wear monitoring. TGI has multiple roll form tools that either need re surfaced coated or are damaged and replacements need made. Product drawings from Kurt Ruppel aren't available.
