Business Proposal Inquiry (采购产品): Business Proposal Your company manufactures open mouth and/or valve bags for packaging - we service packaging equipment. This could constitute a win - win situation, for both of us. If the customer is able to fill more bags and use up inventory, then you get another bag order and we get a customer to maintain their packaging equipment. In many cases we have found that the packaging customer is not able to produce at maximum capacity because their packers are not set up properly. Certain bag manufacturers have an inside edge because they have an equipment division which gives support to their bag division. When I was in the equipment division of St. Regis Paper Company many years ago, standing orders were, if we could not get the equipment working correctly and quickly, we were to say it was a bag problem and leave the plant site until we could determine a solution. The bag representative would come in and show that there was no problem with the bags and have the service tech return. On this trip, the service tech would get the problem corrected and would charge for the two service calls. Now up to full production, the plant would fill more bags than ever, generating additional bag orders. Let us be your equipment service support division. We can be the independent, third party, coming in to correct the packaging condition while your operation appears as the hero to the customer. To make this opportunity even more attractive - we offer a commission of 10% of the paid in-plant labor. Once the service call is paid, the commission will be sent to your accounts receivable. We will provide feedback from the customer's plant floor on customer likes and dislikes. If we do find a bag problem, we will only discuss it with your salesmen. We have this same arrangement with the equipment manufacturers we already represent, they send us a call - we send them a commission check. Again, a win – win situation. It costs you nothing to recommend our services - we have been servicing packers and material handling equipment (conveyors, bag placers, checkweighers, palletizers, and wrappers) since 1980. With a family history of over 100 years in bag packaging, we are well familiar with bag construction, perforations, valve sizing and barriers/liners. We are well versed in all types of packing: air, auger, impeller and pre-weigh; individual filling tubes or high speed rotary packers. We have provided services to American Colloid, Arizona Chemical, Best Sand, Buzzi Unicem, Cemex, Chemical Lime, Dow Chemical, Durez Corporation, Halliburton, Holcim Cement, Kent Feeds and the Quikrete Companies in the past, just to name a few. We are not competition, we do not sell bags. We are simply supplementation, to make you look even better to your customers. Bag breakage, is it the packer or bags? Excessive dusting, is it the packer or bags? Does it need a vented fill tube or an inflatible bag sealer? Are the adjustment valves working correctly?
