Inquiry (采购产品): FSH726 I just purchased a model FSH726 ladder. I have a question about assembly. I assembled the ladder according to the instructions. When I turned it right side up the 4 castersreceded like they were supposed to but, when I step on it, the legs never touch the floor. The caster's are up as far as they will go. As it is right now, it is an unstable platform. Is this how they are supposed to work? Is there a chance I assembled it wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
