Press will be used for; Powder: Lead Zirconate Titanate (PZT) Typical components: ***************************** Tubes: length: 45 mm OD: 12 ID: 8 mm Quantity per year: 5000 ****************************** Cylinder: length: 60 mm OD: 12 ID: 4 mm Quantity per year: 15000 ****************************** Above is only typical, we press about 10 components. We are also considering used press provided it is serviced and supported by you. Time line for ordering machine would be Aug. Sep 2009 with delivery in 2010. Machine will be purchased with tooling for above two typical components and will include commissioning and extensive training at our site in Sydney Australia. At this stage, please only provide technical information and price estimate for inclusion in our budget. If approved in our capital budget, we will send you another REQUEST FOR QUOTE in July 2009.
