Inquiry (采购产品): Industrial cleaners As a brief introduction our company is specialized in producing automotive fasteners. Roughly, our current process is: Cold Forming – Thread Tapping – Degreasing – Inspection/Packaging – Shipping. The reason our parts (fasteners) go through a Degreaser (spinning motion) is to remove the oil coming from both Cold Forming and Thread Tapping. Light film of oil is needed on the parts since friction coefficient is important (customer specification). However, we decided to go for a cleaning system since we can use an oil based water emulsifiable rust inhibitor which can provide the film we intend to have on the parts (how much friction depends on each customer). The machine we are going to use is a multi-station parts cleaning machine. Parts are placed on a conveyor that is built into the system and runs its full length ( a rotating drum that has spiraling vain mounted in it to move the parts being washed from one end of the drum to the other. As the drum rotates the movement causes the parts to follow the spiral through the drum). The stages the parts go through in the cleaning system is: Wash , Rinse, Rust Inhibitor, Blow-off. The temperature for the first three stages is 140°F.Blow-off around 190°F. The material we use to make our fasteners is carbon steel for machine structural use.
