Need gaskets Inquiry (采购产品): Need gaskets Our application is for industrial size high speed conveyorized bread and bun proofers (equipment where bread rises prior to baking) and ovens. Our customers include McDonald's, Sara Lee, Mrs. Baird's, etc.. Essentially the bread pans are conveyorized through a large oven by a chain running in an enclosed track. I am investigating the possibility of welding flanges to the end of our track and then bolting them together in the field. Currently the track is welded in the field, but this requires more installation time and expense. However, the track joints must be water/oil tight at the very least, airtight would be preferable. Do you make a gasket material that can work in these applications? I can send flange drawings if you desire. What bolting torque and gasket compression do you recommend? Our chain will be running over the gasket gap between the tracks if that is a concern. Do you just sell raw gasket material or can you offer pre-cut to our exact specifications? The ambient temperature inside the oven can get as high as 600F (most of our customers bake around 400-450F). However, track in the area of the burners can see as much as 800F. What is the highest temperature gasket material you offer? The internal oven environment also has moderate absolute humidity (~40-45%) and is exposed to N2, CO2, CO, S, NO, lactic and acetic acid vapor, and ethanol vapor, is this a problem? The proofer is a more moderate environment at only 120F, but higher humidity at 90-100% RH. The proofer atmosphere contains CO2, lactic and acetic acid vapor, and ethanol vapor, is this a problem? Please get back to me with questions and comments. Thanks for your help; I really appreciate it.
