We are an American owned and managed manufacturing company with our own factories here in China. We apply our western knowledge, quality standards, and efficient technologies to make Jumpsource a one of a kind Chinese parts/components supplier. Our customers are mainly in the aerial lifting equipment industry, so our products are manufactured with the highest quality and everything is produced to our own company standards here in China. To name a few customers, we have been making pivot pins and welded components for JLG/Oshkosh, Haulotte and Tanfield Group for several years in addition to some other industries we serve. In our experience in China, to make very high quality parts for a low enough price, you need to do it yourself so that there is no error in any of the processes – this is why we have recently opened our own new manufacturing plant just outside of Shanghai. In this plant we will make machined parts like pivot pins, as well as welded items which we can also coat with our own powder paint line. We also have a cleaning line so that the welding and painting of items happens in one building using the same Jumpsource quality system. By applying extremely high-end equipment and western technology to our operations we separate ourselves from other suppliers in China. Our newest China manufacturing facility opened in mid-December of 2008, and we do precision machining and turning, welding, and powder painting with automated cleaning and painting functions. I hope that there is interest in using Jumpsource as a supplier for some of your parts so that we can begin to provide savings to Bomag as soon as possible.
