We are qualifying one supplier for aluminum alloy ingots (LM24), he is producing the same from recycled material and claim to achieve the same chemical composition of the fresh ingots. I would request you to provide us the more techincal details for the below queries. 1) Compare the chemical composition of our standard ingot supply and the recycled ingot. 2) To know more details of disadvantages of the aluminum recycling process. Finally,is there any risk of dealing with recycling aluminum? Noting that this material will be used in our die casting machines to produce housing of outdoor lighting fixtures.
