We would like to evaluate an Air to Liquid and Liquid to Liquid types. Both projects have facility cooling water available @ 65 to 86°F, depending on load and season, with a pressure of 60 Psi +/- 5 psi Available flow in excess of 100 gpm. 1st Application: MDQ-E760 Qty=2, 200Hp Liquid Cooled Motors. ? Qty=1 System feeding two motors ? Each motor will require a separate coolant supply feed line. We are anticipating 1 unit in the range of 18 to 20 kW or if more cost effective two units in the range of 9 to 10kW ? We are anticipating dual pumps or a flow divider. ? The system will require an Ethernet connection to control and monitor the system status and shut the system down. ? The system should have a flow meter to monitor the flow of the fluid to each motor ? The system should have supply and return temperature sensor for each motor ? The system should have a supply pressure sensor for each motor ? The system should have a manual supply pressure regulator with a gauge for each motor. ?
