Moreover, there may be countries in which your present sales activities do not meet your expectations. We are an Export Management Company (EMC) that specialize in the efficient, fast and professional response to the hundreds of opportunities for products like yours, which reach us each month. In addition to direct responses and continued support, we are continuously seeking overseas importers, distributors, dealers for manufacturing companies like yours. We do not charge for this service, operating on a “results first” basis. Your line of products has tremendous sales potential. Due to our worldwide contacts, we wish to know if you are prepared to agree to our proposed arrangement: Grant us the right to seek special or new sales outlets for you, and seek importers, distributors and dealers for your products in all countries with the exception of those where you have firm commitments. We currently have several requests to this effect, pending your reply b. Mail and email us a supply of sales brochures, together with you latest pricing structures. At times we may request sample products to present to potential client on your behalf. c. Qualified enquires or orders which we receive will be passed on to you together with our evaluation for you to act upon. In the event of a distributor, we leave it up to you to prepare the necessary agreement. d. To compensate us for our efforts, you will remit to us an agreed commission on every transaction in the future. We will stay in contact with the new customer to protect both yours and our interest.
