Inquiry (采购产品): K Cup Seals To whom it may concern; Confidentially, I am interested in discussing the fabrication of a 2" round plastic coated film, or paper, with an adhesive around the edge. The ultimate purpose is to market a seal for the Keurig "K" cups to make them reusable. A similar product was offered on Ebay, however, their problem was they used paper without a plastic seal and the seals would dissolve and leak coffee grounds everywhere. Examination of the current "K" cups show they have a thin plastic film between the lip of the "K" cup and the seal. It is possible to have the adhesive coat the entire seal as the small amount of coffee grounds that would stick to the seal shouldn't effect the taste or depth of flavor and allow for a reduced cost of production. Ideally, he seals would be on a single strip, although producing them on a single sheet of standard paper would still be practical. What would the approximate cost per thousand (for, say ten thousand) be with a potential of many thousands in the future?
