Lets me present my self first, my name is Didier Dutilleux, I’m a Belgian citizen who living and working in Vietnam already 10 years. On the moment I’m busy to make a feasibility study for a group of Chinese investors to build an Exotic Fruit Trading & Processing Plant Hainan, China and for that purpose I contact your company for the information underneath. This project is situated in Hainan province and Hainan province is the biggest Isle of Chine mainland in frond of Hanoi Vietnam. In a first phase they have the intention to build facilities to process 50 Mt per day of Raw Cashew Nuts RCN, in to +- 10Mt Shelled Cashew Kernels SCK. It is further the Idea to double this capacity in to 100 Mt per day of Raw Cashew Nuts RCN, in to +- 20 Mt Shelled Cashew Kernels SCK. 30% of the Kernels we are intend to sell directly to other processors in the china market and the other 70% we will further added value (Roasting, Salting, Coating ect) and packing to sell them also on the China market under our own brand name on Distributors, whole sales, retail store, supermarket and major accounts. It is also the idea to do trading in all kind of Fresh Exotic Fruit from China in to the rest of the world and than they thinking first on Exotic Fruit who is in big amount cultivated on the Hainan isle! (Mangoes, Lychees, Peppers) It is also the idea to dry this Mangoes, Lychees Peppers, processed them further to sell them also on the China market under our own brand name on Distributors, whole sales, retail store, supermarket and major accounts Here after, I give you an overview of the equipment that I’m looking for to describe in my feasibility study; Added Value Equipment A- Roasting equipment Shelled Cashew Kernels (Natural Oil) (Nearly to total added Value production or first 10Mt per day and later on 20Mt SCK) B- Salting equipment Shelled Cashew Kernels 50% of the total Production phase 1/2 C- Coating equipment 25% of the total Production phase ? D- Various equipment for Pepper Start with minimum E- Various equipment for Pepper Start with minimum F- Various equipment for Peeling, Slicing and Drying Mangoes: Start with minimum Packaging facilities for the total production A- In Bags 50, 100, 250 and 500gr 100% of the total Production phase 1/2 B- In Jar’s 250, 500 and 1000gr 100% of the total Production phase 1/2 C- In Can’s 250, 500 and 1000gr 100% of the total Production phase 1/2 When I explore your site I think you are able to provide several of machinery for this project! So I have seen on your site that you can solve our packaging problems! If you following other equipment as like inside drying equipment for various Exotic Fruit please feel free to give a complete offer. Now some more information, Very impressive...Packaging related machinery! I do not know where you are situated with other European manufactures but probably you must be competitive and I wander what your market share is in Europe! Here in Asia and than specific in Vietnam is more difficult for the price I think! I must finalize my Feasibility study before the end of next month (March 2009) and on basic of this study thy will give the green light to start to built the project. Normally they want that I build and start up the project for them in China, one year buildings time and a few years to start and build out the operation over there!
