Inquiry (采购产品): Citrus cleaner Dear sirs: We use a aqueous spray washer system in our plant to clean light oils off of metal parts before spot welding and assembly. Parts are carbon steel and a small portion are aluminum. We have been using alkaline based detergents in an 20:1 dilution. The washer operates between 150-160 F and uses high pressure spray. The parts are not rinsed with water but are dried with high speed air dry (similar to a car wash). The solution also contains a rust inhibitor to keep the bare metal from flash rusting before it can be plated 24-248 hours later. I am researching using a citrus based detergent to replace the alkaline solution to be more environmentally friendly. Do you have anything that may fit the bill, and if so would it be possible to obtain a sample?
