(SR) Face square ness < 5 μ. This company can produce smaller batches of Taper and Cylindrical Rollers from 25.0mm upto 50.0mm diameter and 50.0mm length. These are produced on CNC machines. They can give 2 micron diameter sorted rollers, for bearing applications. They can also give R6 crowned rollers, as they have super-finishing machines. It’s an ISO 9000 certified company We can also offer Needle Rollers from another source. Retainers / Cages Steel – A factory producing steel retainers since 1990 is now in the process of setting up an automatic plant for the production of Taper, Cylindrical and Spherical Roller Cages / Retainers. Till date they had been making these through the single line conventional process, which was labor intensive. From their new automatic plant, using Japanese and other international quality machines, they would be able to offer international quality and larger volumes of cages/retainers. The plant would start production in a couple of months. We are now looking for bearing producers who are interested to tie-up with us for regular supply of cages from this new production line. This is an ISO 9000 certified company Brass / Non-Ferrous Retainers – We can also offer Brass Cages and Needle Bearing Cages, being produced in another factory.
