We are presently quoting for different sections of the new House Of Representative building which considered one of the biggest project here in Yemen , Anyway there is a sections for Dome work, and we would like to use your hard ware and help in that section, it is a quite a big project and we want to know if you are interested to be a part of it. You are kindly requested to send us your quotation for Interior cladding Sheet for Dome as the following Spec's :- Supply, install and fix perforated aluminum (1) mm thick, trapezoidal shape (178/182 x 99)cm for the internal surface of the cassette according to det.(2) sheet No. (139) and Dome Sheet Details No. (135-A), pressed or drawn to any pattern of ornamentation and to colours as required by the engineer and the interior designer, the diameter of the holes shall be 2.5 mm and the percentage of the total holes shall be equal or more than 16%, price also includes rock wool 40 mm thick with density 60 kg/m3 to be fixed behind the aluminum surface, the rock wool must be laminated with textiles or tissues to prevent trickling of glass fiber. 500 mm air space shall be left between the cassette and the concrete surface of the dome. the sides of the cassette and mounting rails can be welded or riveted on, the front surface shall be reinforced from back by sections or partitions, the whole structure shall be rigid and sufficiently strong.
