While our name Coyote Logistics may not be immediately recognizable, and while our category of service (truckload brokerage) is not wildly accepted in many industries, our customer portfolio is able to speak for itself. The major global customers listed above recognize that our pricing, service, and availability either equal or surpass that of their asset-based truckload carriers. If allowed to participate in your tender, and if awarded any percentage of your lanes, this is what you would get from Coyote: 1. Accurate, fair, and competitive pricing that will not change during the term of our agreement. 2. 100% acceptance of loads tendered to us under the terms of the agreement. 3. A company-wide goal of 100% on time pick up, 100% on time delivery, and 100% matching of our service dates/times to the Requested Delivery Date/Time of your customers or RDCs Additionally, Coyote Logistics does not offer initial low rates that are later changed to higher rates based on "market conditions"; Coyote Logistics does not "give back" loads that we have accepted; and we aim to provide service, rates, and availability that far exceed the requirements of our customers.
