Freelance Painting Estiamtor Inquiry (采购产品): Freelance Painting Estiamtor Hello, I run a free lance, construction estimating business in Scottsdale, AZ and at this time I am looking for additional contractors to work for. With my estimating service, contractors are able to out-source some or all of their estimating needs for their residential, commercial and industrial projects. If your firm receives a lot of ITB’s and RFP’s from building owner’s, general contractors, property managers, Blue Book, McGraw-Hill, Dodge Report, isqft.com, Reed Bulletin and you are too busy to respond to them all; you can forward me your e-mail ITB with your definitive scope of work that you would like to have quantities provided for. For a majority of the companies I work for; I only do the quantity take off portion of the estimate. Most company’s apply their own labor, material and production costs. All projects are loaded into Plan Swift take off soft ware and quantities are computed right from the screen. Production rate can be provided by project zip code or geographic area using RS Means 2009 Cost Works that is updated quarterly. All of my work is based upon a flat fee; if you have further interest I can forward samples of my estimating work and fee schedule.
