Inquiry (采购产品): Quote Request We are making an experimental system that will be installed in a fume hood (limited space), and that periodically will emit CO, H2, and NH3 in significant flow rates, so these streams should be oxidized. We believe that thermal or catalytic oxidizer can do this. Power release during oxidation can reach 20 kW, so probably water cooling will be required. Could your company design and build this device? We are considering 3 types of experiments, each experiment will be about 1 hour, repeated with variations about 100 times, not more than 3 experiments per day: 1) CO2 dissociation will produce of mixture CO2, CO and O2 with CO concentration below 50%, and maximal CO flow rate 0.4 L/s= 0.8 SCFM 2) NH3 dissociation will produce mixture of NH3, H2 and N2, with NH3 concentration from 0% to 80%, and NH3 flow rate below 2.5 SCFM 3) CH4 conversion with CO2 will produce mixture of CH4, CO2, CO and H2 with concentrations of H2 and CO from 10% to 100%, and total flow rate of CO+H2 less than 4 SCFM For experiments 2 and 3, we need to add an oxidizer (air, probably).
