These plastic molds will be used to cast mold contact lenses. (1). Number of insets: 52 (2). Insert material is stainless steel, electroless plated with Nichel-phospor, and diamond turned. (3). Rourhness of the optical surface: better than 5 nm RMS (4).Curvatures of the lens (of the inserts) are from 8.3 mm to 8.6 mm (total of 52 inserts). (5). Diameter of the lens is 14.00 mm. (6). Center Thickness of Lens: 0.06 mm. (7).
