Inquiry (采购产品): Jackson DH385 I would like to confirm compatibility between the Jackson DH385 panic device and Corbin Russwin #1030 High Security Cylinder. We have (4) openings with this set up and (1) with reported problems wtih the functioning of the door hardware (locking mechanism not engaging). We had to file down the tailpiece on the cylinder in order to make it fit and also had to shim the cylinder out due to the depth of it. Should this cylinder work with this panic or is there another recommended type?
