We are one of the largest manufacturers of Filter Caps and we are also supplying a lot of Sheet Metal Components to a lot of Filter manufacturing facilities in UAE, Saudi Arabia & Oman. We are also manufacturing these components for OEM Filter Industry in India who in turn export a lot of these components to USA & Europe. We have a complete Press Shop with Hydraulic/Pneumatic Presses range varying from 3 Tons to 250 Tons. The company has in in-house Design facility cumTool Room which facilitates all the development activities under a single roof. The company uses high end softwares like Solid Edge V20 for discipline specific design cababilities as well as many other process oriented tools for Shape Design. The company has also Inhouse Metal Treatment facility for special/customised requirements. The company has a strong Quality Control Department as per the ISO Norms as well as the norms governing the Sheet Metal Fabrication Industry. All the components manufactured are inspected 100% before packing & despatch. The company has the facilty of stuffing the Export Containers in-house (Factory Stuffing) so as to eliminate the possibility of damage to any components in the complete complete supply chain. Most of the times, if the Export Container is stuffed in the factory, it is only off-loaded at the customer's warehouse (except if any mandatory Customs examination at the customer's port.)
