Inquiry (采购产品): Past Due Bill My name is Jenny and I am writting from the Baymont Inn & Suites in Erlanger, KY. I was working with Freedom about having the past due balance paid for. The problem is that she told me over a week and a half ago that she was having the check cut and mailing it to me. She said that she would call me back and let me know how much is being cut but she never did. Everytime that I call now she either don't answer or I'm sent to her voice mail. Then she never calls me back. I was wondering if someone would please let me know what is going to be happening about this past due account.
