Inquiry (采购产品): fortune scales Sir: I have an old set of scales that was in front of my father-in-law's store for probably 20 years and I have had them another 20 years. I am curious as to value then vs value now as a collector item. They are heavy and have a fortune ring that rotates with each weighing.
