Inquiry (采购产品): Defect - FSH526 Ladder I am Steve Meyer, Maintenance Engineer at ATMEL, in Colorado Springs. I purchased an FSH526 ladder and have a couple problems I need a solution for. 1. No rubber 'feet' shipped with the unit. Just bare metal legs touch the ground and this is a slip hazard. 2. The FOUR springs that shipped with the ladder do not support the ladder. The ladder 'collapses' all the way down to where the legs drag on the ground if you try to push the ladder on the castors. The springs appear to be the correct length, but not the right temper. I do not know if doubling up a second set of springs will work. If you ship me 4 springs and a set of rubber tip feet I can try. There was no damage to the unit - the shipping box was not open or damaged. I believe the rubber leg tips were not included in the original packaging. I do not know what to think about the spring issue. THere are 4 springs, and the ladder does not rest on the castors, it rests on the ladder legs with no weight on the ladder but the ladder itself.
