Inquiry (采购产品): Requirement of Re-Heating Furnace (Continuous pusher type) Hi, this is me Farooq Hussain, Managing Director of Ahmed Communications located at: 195-A1 Commercial Area P.I.A Society Lahore (54770) Pakistan, We are an indenturing firm, working as a name of Ahmed Communications since 2005. We deal in wide range of different kind of Raw material, Products, Equipments. Our work is based on commission basis and is running with many companies as a Sales Representative/Sole Agent. Now our clients are looking for a “Re-heating furnace” to heat the billets from room temperature to 1220 C for rolling. The main parameters of the required furnace are as under:- ? Billet material to be heated = Mild steel ? Billet cross section to be heated = 100 square mm to 260 square mm. ? Maximum length of billet pieces = 2000 mm ? Heating range = From room temperature to rolling temperature of 1220 C. ? Width of furnace = 2000 mm ? Length of furnace = 25000 mm ? Furnace to be dual fired i.e. Both oil and gas burners. ? Pusher type continuous re-heating furnace with uniform temperature. ? Furnace to be fitted with recuperator. ? 10 -Manual arrangement of billet pieces loading in the furnace. ? Manual pulling out of heated billet from the exit door of the furnace. ? Heavy furnace oil and natural gas to be used as fuel for the furnace. ? Capacity of the furnace to be 25 tons per hour. ? There will be a lead time for heating of billets before the rolling starts. This lead will be around 1 hour after which the furnace will heat billet for continuous operation of the rolling mill. ?
