Inquiry (采购产品): DC brushless samples needed immediately Hello, I am on a student team at Northwestern University working with a client from industry (Distributed World Power in Pasadena, CA). We are in the process of designing a small size wind turbine for residential use in developing countries and are looking to source a DC brushless motor for our application. We will be running the motor in reverse, using the power of the wind to turn the motor which will in turn output electrical power. Because of this we are a little unsure of how to spec the motor but this is what we have determined we will need from a motor: DC brushless motor Power output at ~300 RPM = 30 watts Voltage = 14.2V at a minimal RPM (below 200 RPM?) Torque needed to produce 300 RPM = ~1 N-m Maximum power rating = 400+ watts (this is not too important, it could be much higher) If you require any more information to help spec out a motor just ask and we can provide it for you. We are looking to order samples immediately (specs of sample motor can be ballpark to our specs) with the intention of testing it in order to refine our specs and then potentially talk about a custom motor optimized for our application. Just for reference we are looking at volumes of approximately 50,000 units/year within 5 years. If you currently have any motors near these specifications we are looking to order samples immediately.
