Inquiry (采购产品): liquid nitrogen I am experimenting with molecular gastronomy and would like to be able to use liquid nitrogen in my kitchen. However I do not have a lot of experience working with the gas - I know to wear gloves and goggles and not to store in a closed container. I am looking to purchase some (about 25-50 gallons) but unsure how to store and how long before it boils away. How much is the gas and do you rent containers for transport/storage?
