Inquiry (采购产品): Photolithography Assistance Hello. My name is Justin Hodge. I am a mechanical engineering student at the University of Evansville. I am currently working on a funded undergraduate research project and I found your company through ThomasNet. We are researching ways to manufacture a new humidity sensor design that requires an intricate layout of copper wires on a ceramic thermoelectric cooler (TEC). We currently place the wire by hand, but we are looking into techniques for better precision and efficiency. We have settled on photolithography, or a similar process, as our best option. We use two 40 AWG copper wires with a spacing of 0.0058 inches between each wire. The wires are snaked back and forth across the surface of a square with sides of 1.575 inches. The TEC is a Marlow Industries cooler with alumina (AC) as the ceramic material. The model number is DT12-8-01. We are wondering if your company is capable of producing a grid with these dimensions. If so, please send a rough estimate/ballpark figure for time and cost to me at jh348@evansville.edu. Please feel free to provide any further suggestions or contact me with any questions. **** Hidden Message ***** Justin Hodge 501 South Weinbach Avenue Petersburg, IN 47714 USA Company: University of Evansville Title: Student Phone: 812-431-7995 E-mail: jh348@evansville.edu **** Hidden Message ***** jh348@evansville.edu
