Supplier shall furnish the analysis report of each heat encompassing the percentages of the elements specified. Mechanical Tests Required: 1. Flattening Test: One flattening test shall be made on specimens from each end of any one tubes selected from the lot. 2. Flaring Test: One flaring test shall be made on specimens from each end of any one tubes selected from the lot. 3. Hardness Test: One Brinell harness test over any one tube. 4. Hydrostatic Test: Each tube shall be hydrostatically tested at 607 psig NOTE: 1. Tubes when inserted in the boiler shall stand expanding and beading without showing cracks or flaws. 2. Finished Tubes shall be reasonably straight and have smooth ends free from any defects and shall have a workmanlike finish. 3.
