Inquiry (采购产品): Fulfillment Services Hi, This is Mary from Terraternal. We are an anti-aging company located in Los Gatos, California. We are looking for a fulfillment house to basically store our products and ship the items directly to our customers. I checked your website and found out that you do offer Fulfillment Services. Just to give you a background, we just started the business late last year and currently we have 10 product lines for a maximum of 300 actual items. However, due to the increasing demand and lack of manpower, we need to outsource the fulfillment services. Also, a big part of our client base is international, for which we use Us Postal Service. We want to make sure that the fulfillment house can do that. Given that, we would like to request for indicative pricing like warehouse storage fee, monthly service fee, domestic/international orders (pick/pack/ship) fee, and the like. Do you also require a set-up fee? What's your minimum? Other Fees? Also, kindly advise if you have engaged before with other companies related to our industry.
