We are a foundry in India, producing high quality castings for various types of hydraulic valves , power transmission, material handling , pneumatic and automobile industry. We have shell sand core as well as shell sand moulding facilities. We also offer green sand and furan sand moulding facilities. We are making coupling castings for MP FILTRI SPA in Italy and hydraulic valve castings for NIMCO CONTROLS in Sweden. We are making fully assembled , ready to use machines and assemblies for customers in Europe and South America. We are producing castings for - - Directional Control Valves - Monoblock Valves from 2 to 5 spools - Sectional Valves - Load Sensing valves - Diverter valves - Remote controls in cast iron CASTING TOLERANCES - We are producing castings in Grey Iron as per ASTM A 48 and Ductile Iron as per ASTM A 536. Our speciality is castings with intricate shell cores. We maintain very precise internal dimensions within + / - 0.01" during casting . CNC MACHINING FACILITIES - We have highly qualified vendors having fully equipped CNC Machine shops and have CNC Turning Centres and CNC Vertical / Horizontal Machining Centres apart from other conventional machines. We routinely maintain a very tight dimensional control within 10 microns. PATTERN MODEL MAKING FACILITIES – We use CAD software for model making like ProEngineer , Unigraphics and AutoCAD. All models are made on high precision CNC tool room machinery like CNC Wire Cut, CNC Erosion Machinery and CNC Turning and Vertical Machining Centres. INSPECTION FACILITIES – These include checking on CMM (Coordinate measuring machine) and with height guages. We have dial guages, V – Blocks, slip gauges , surface plates , dial indicators , micrometers for accurate mold and casting inspection. Our castings have excellent surface finish, tight dimensional control and accurate chemical composition. Chemical analysis of molten metal is done instantly by FERROLAB / CE testing meter. PARTICIPATION IN HANNOVER FAIR – We have exhibited in the Hannover Fair , Germany for 5 consecutive years from 1999 to 2003 and are already delivering very high precision fully machined castings for hydraulic valves, power transmission, material handling , pneumatic and power transmission applications to several European customers.
