Led the design of wide range broaching, rolling, gear-finishing machines and in-house metal-working machinery; developed design of part-handling automation and fixturing systems; incorporated designed systems into machines using 3D CAD drafting with GD&T requirements. Provided technical and design expertise on various projects involving machine tools, mechanisms and hydraulics. Increased efficiency, improved productivity and reduced operating cost by delivering superior design accuracy using 3D design tools resulting in significant elimination of floor scrap.
