Inquiry (采购产品): Precious Metal Machine Work Hello, I am looking for a partner to help me produce high precision precious metal scientific machine parts. They are generally 18K that will need to be 24K plated after assembly. The tolerance levels are generally in the .1 mm range. The jobs will generally include machining several different parts and then assembling them (laser welder, e-beam welding, or flame solder). I would prefer completed pieces for delivery, but may be open to other offers. I can supply the precious metals in the proper width and such, but would like it better if you handled it all. I am producing about 10 different pieces in various quantities, but they are trying to push about 200 additional pieces in various quantities on me. I don't want to ramp up my facility, thus I am looking for help. The account should do between 1-3 million on my end every year. The orders generally come in quantities of 15 and 30 for each part several times a year. There is the possibility that we could manufacture components and assemble on order as many of the pieces share components.
