(VDC). d) Operating Fuel: Natural Gas (Methane); may also be operated with compressed natural gas and propane with minimum changes required in fuel burner system. Fuel gas will be supplied at a max. Pressure of 1135 psig. The CP System Construction Constructor will regulate gas pressure from max. 1135 psig to 60-100 psig through a gas pressure regulator (Fisher Type 1301F or equivalent Gas Regulator). This regulated fuel gas 60-100 psig will feed to TEG. e) Construction: Stainless steel housing to house Generator components. All components of the generator including wiring, tubing etc., shall be suitable for use at high temperature. f) Fuel Regulations: The Generator shall be provided with a gas pressure regulator to accept gas at 100 PSIG (Max) and regulate it to the required gas pressure for the Generator operation. g) Ignition: The Generator shall have provision to ignite with a match or automatic ignition. h) Atomospheric Conditions: Ambient temperature: -10° C to +55° C Altitude: Max. 1000 Meter-AMSL. i) Operating Conditions: Unsheltered operation certified for use in Hazardous Areas. j) Output Control: Through a variable resistor fitted in a box to control output current from minimum to Maximum for Cathodic Protection System. Also Include quartz controlled current interrupter (Nilsson 825 or equivalent) for ‘Instant Off’ surveys. k) Metering: A Voltmeter and Ammeter fitted on a separate wall mounted metallic box or within the Generator cabinet. l) Mounting: Bench or floor mounted. m) Automatic Shut Off Valve: To cut-off supply when no combustion is present. n) Blocking Diode: The generator shall have a blocking diode to prevent flow of reverse current. o) Documents: Manufacturer must submit three sets of the following documents along with each TEG units: (1) Operating Manual (2) Parts List (5) Recommended periodic maintenance. **** Hidden Message ***** Nusrat Jahan.
