Inquiry (采购产品): Sovereign Tool Our company supplied parts to Sovereign Tool in Muncie, Indiana in December 2008. To date we are still owed over $70,000 from them. I have called Brenda Brown in the Cleveland office numerous times over the past three months and have NEVER had a returned phone call or email. Since you are in human resources, I was hoping that you could refer my email to someone that could help me get our account paid to avoid us having to take legal action. We are receiving payments about once a month and the payments aren’t anywhere close to what is owed. When I call Sovereign in Cleveland, I always get Ms. Brown’s voice mail and she will not call back or return emails. At this point, I really don’t think I want to talk to her, we just need to know WHEN and IF we can expect to be paid. We are a small family owned business and our resources are dry. I have asked to speak to her superior but that also gets me nowhere. Kathy Smola and the receptionist are the only ones that have tried to help but there is only so much they can do. We made these parts for Sovereign over Christmas and worked both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to deliver the parts to Sovereign on time. Now we can’t get the same courtesy returned by getting paid. I am hoping you can please refer this on to someone that will take action to help us. Thank you for your time.
