Inquiry (采购产品): Johns Island Branch Hello, my name is Charlie Stonecypher and I worked with your company with Jon-Mike-Jones at the Mt. Pleasant branch years ago before becoming an irrigation contractor. The reason I am contacting you is concerning the fate of the Johns Island Branch which is struggling. My personal belief is that part of the problem is not just the economy but your sales staff there. When I go to John Deere which is only 2 miles away, they're slammed with business right now. I work alongside many landscape contractors in your area and I can provide many instances and referrals where a sale could have been made but ability to think outside the box wasn't there. If you don't have something in stock, offer to order it, especially if it's in your company inventory, i.e. 100' drip rolls. In the current market you can't afford to be rigid. Jon mike and I if we didn't have the part I'd say, "let me get it and deliver it too your jobsite." I would then buy from our competition and hand deliver to contractor. They didn't know where part came from, just that we came through. You can't let your customers go to your competitors.
