Inquiry (采购产品): Sales Tax exemption form sent To whom it may concern: On 5/20/09, a Wisconsin certificate of previous purchases was mailed to your Dallas office for a purchase per your invoice # 870437 dated 12/17/08. Can someone look into the whereabouts of this form and let me know the status of the refund request(your action date). I would like to add to the form before anything further happens on your end. Can someone let me know the period of time that I can go back to? I know of at least 2 purchases in 2009 that were taxed but should not have been (e.g. t.p.p. used in an exempt manner). There are probably others in 2008 and prior year(s).
