Inquiry (采购产品): bellow forming equipment Dear Sir/Madam, We are SP SIZ-Pumori, a Russian company located in Ekaterinburg. We have a workshop for making bellow valves. Now we are planning to renew the equipment for making bellows. Kindly ask you to inform us if you could manufacture and supply to us a set of equipment for making bellows, diameter ranging from 7 to 145 mm, and wall thickness from 0,08 to 0,25 mm. Now we keep to the following procedures when making the bellows: 1. Cutting a metal sheet into stripes corresponding to the size of a bellow 2. mycroplasmal welding of these stripes into tubes. The length of a tube to be welded is up to 3 m, thickness of the stripes welded is 0,3-0,4 mm 3. Cutting longer tubes for the tubes of exact length 4. Rolling-off of these tubes 5. Rolling-up grooves on the tubes 6. Hydroforming 7. Cutting and calibration Kindly ask you to inform us about the possibility to supply the equipment for bellow production to us.
